Marsha Stepensky

Marsha, M.S.Ed, BCBA, is a certified behavioural analyst, special education teacher. She created and established first ABA service delivery model for children 10 through 21 years, as part of outpatient therapy services at HSC pediatric center, Washington, DC where ABA therapy is provided via individual therapy and group based interventions. Marsha develops and facilitates educational workshops and seminars for parents, professionals, and self-advocates on sexuality and developmental disabilities. Oversee and facilitate Safety Care behavior management and crisis intervention education and training for all outpatient therapy staff and inpatient hospital staff, conducts evaluations and administer assessments for children 10-21 years as well as creates and oversees implementation of all treatment plans and behavior plans by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
